FAQ’s and ORDERING GUIDELINES

What does the “CLASSIC” price include?

Classics include the following:

***CROWN (top/flower)***

 

(1) 6.5” Flower with decorative “collar”

(1) Large decorative trinket/cut out in the center of the flower

(1) “Homecoming” arch

Bows, a bling accent, tubing, garland and/or ribbon accent

 

***SKIRT (bottom part of mum/garter)***

 

(1) “HOMECOMING” ribbon in Block Letters on classic loops

(1) “NAME(s)” ribbon in Block Letters (up to 15 characters) on flat ribbon

Base ribbons in school colors (36” for mums and 18” for garters)
3 – 5 Printed Ribbons
6 – 8 Metallic/Holographic/Glitter Ribbons
3 Taylor Bows
1 Spirit Ribbon with 3 generic trinkets and bows
1 Military Braid
1 Garland
3 Bells

Mums include a neck strap and a loop

Garters include a garter band.

When do I need to place my order?

To guarantee availability, you will need to place your order at least ten (14) days prior to your DESIRED PICK UP DATE, NOT YOUR HOMECOMING DATE.  All other orders are subject to availability and will incur rush fees as follows:  Orders placed within 7 but not less than 3 days of desired pick up date will incur a $35 rush fee and orders placed less than 3 days prior to desired pick up date will incur an additional rush charge of $50.  ANY LATE ORDERS ARE NOT GUARANTEED — YOU MUST CALL TO CONFIRM YOUR ORDER CAN BE FULFILLED.

How long until my order is ready for pick up?

Orders generally take 7 days to be made.  If you place a rush order, you will be notified of an estimated time of completion but is not guaranteed to be ready before the day before your homecoming.

I saw something that I loved somewhere else but I don’t see it available on your order form, what can I do?

If you send us a picture via the contact form and/or a short description on the special comments section of the form, we will happily get you a price on it. This is your mum/garter and we want it to be special and perfect just for you. There are thousands of options of ribbons, garlands, trinkets, bells, and decorations and unfortunately, we can’t offer all of them on our order form, but if you request a special item we most likely can get it just for you! Alternatively, if you already possess that special item(s), we can include it on your mum/garter for you for a small fee.

I have specific ideas of where I want trinkets, ribbons, and garlands put on my mum/garter. How can I let you know what to put where?

We love to hear your directions. As each mum/garter is an individual creation of the designer, we cannot guarantee the placement of items in an exact location but will make every effort to do so.  Make sure you let us know your ideas by writing it in the “special comments and directions” section of the form. We will do all that’s in our power to make your dream mum/garter become a reality.

My date changed last minute is there any way you can adjust the mum/garter to suit my new date?

Absolutely! We know that things change all the time and we are willing to adjust your mum/garter for you whenever necessary. Changing the name loops/ribbon will incur a $5.00 charge per ribbon as these cannot be salvaged and have to be completely remade.  If you wish to change more than that, please see the question/answer below!

After receiving my mum/garter, I realized I made a mistake on my order form! Is there any way to make updates to it now?

If your mum/garter needs to be completely redone, it will be treated as a cancellation. The new mum/garter you need to order will be treated as a new order and full payment is required (rush fees may apply). If only a few trinkets or ribbons need to be replaced, we will try to accommodate your request but, as these are time-sensitive products, changes cannot be guaranteed.  Typically no fee will apply to change out a few trinkets. If you wish to add some items (boas, trinkets, ribbons, etc.) those items will be billed to you at the regular purchase price and we will be happy to update your mum/garter to your liking if time and our schedule permits! All last minute-changes are subject to additional cost and are subject to availability.

I was interested in doing a fundraiser for my school, club, team or organization, do you offer any?

Yes, we do. We are happy to work with you to come up with a good fundraising solution that helps meet your needs. Call us at 713-820-7099 for more information!

Something came up and I can’t make homecoming! Can I cancel my order and get a refund?

Unfortunately, due to do the customization and quick turn around time we can’t allow cancellations and therefore there are NO REFUNDS.

General Terms/Rules/Conditions/Etc.

  1.  Your order is not officially placed until full payment has been received.
  2.  You understand this is a custom hand-made item and no refunds are given under any circumstances.
  3. Sample pictures are indicative of past orders.  We cannot guarantee that your mum/garter will look exactly like the sample picture.  Inventory changes almost daily and seasonally, items are discontinued and new items are available.  We RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SUBSTITUTE AN ITEM OF EQUAL OR GREATER VALUE if anything you have chosen is no longer available.
  4. By ordering and completing payment, you hereby affirm that you have read and agree to the terms/conditions/rules, etc. set forth on this page.
